Our very own Razzle Dazzles can now add "State Champions" to the end of their name after winning the 2012 US Club-NJ State Cup U12 Girls title.  What started as a state wide knock out tournament back in late March with preliminary rounds being played, ended on Mother's day with the "We are #1" picture pose!  The Girls won their Semi-final game in a Penalty Kick Shootout fashion after a scoreless regulation and double overtime vs. Greater Flemington/Jersey Spartans Soccer Club.  The Razzles then proceeded to the Championship game vs. Westfield Soccer Club where they defeated the Fire 1-0 in a very intense, aggressive, and exciting up and down the field game. The girls conceded ZERO goals during it's cup run, a remarkable feat in itself.   This State Title is the first in EGSA'sHistory and hopefully the beginning of more to come for the organization that continues to grow and be respected as an up and coming club.  This accomplishment is a tribute to the hard work and commitment the girls have made to each other and the team, as well as the dedication by Coach Bob Anicic and Coach Justine Britton.  EGSA and the EG community are proud of our girls.  Congratulations Razzle Dazzles-2012 US Club State Champions!

 
 
FALL 2012 REGISTRATION AND TRYOUTS UPDATE! PDF Print E-mail

Registration for the FALL 2102 Season is now open and will run through June 3rd for travel and June 30th for Micros.  ALL Players must register online.  Please click on the "Registration link" above.    2012 Fall registration includes all EGSA fees, Game day fees, Professional training, and new Uniform kits for ALL Players. 

Every player must register for tryouts through our FREE "Monkey survey" link.  This is just a 4 question survey so that we can track numbers for tryouts.  Click on link below to register if you have not done so already.
 
The following age groups will have tryouts based on numbers already registered.  Other teams will follow should the need arise for tryouts based on numbers, while some teams will have open tryouts during their scheduled practices.  
 
-Age groups are listed based on your childs future status for Fall 2012/Spring 2013. 
-We encourage that you make both tryouts. 
-Participants must show 15 mins prior for check in.
-All participants will be asked of their commitment to the team (Fall and Spring seasons, Fall only, Spring only)

Welcome to the East Greenwich Soccer Association web site. Our site is updated continuously, so please bookmark our site by saving it in your Favorites.

Located in southwestern New Jersey (NJ Turnpike Exit 2), EGSA teams play in the South Jersey Soccer League, the South Jersey Girls Soccer League, EDP, JAGS, and MAPS, and are affiliated with NJYS (New Jersey Youth Soccer). We also participate in local, statewide, and national tournaments, East Greenwich draws from Mount Royal, Mickleton and Clarksboro, as well as some other bordering communities. Our players go on to Kingsway Regional High School or several area private and parochial schools.


 
Thompson Park - Playground, Dogs & Parking PDF Print E-mail
EGSA Parents and Park Visitors,
This is a friendly reminder that the following rules must be followed at Thompson Park:

1-Playground area, children must take off their cleats before entering the playground. The township has installed 3 signs at each playground stating to please remove cleats, yet we continue to let our kids play with their cleats on which continues to damage the padding around the playground.

2-DOGS, Dogs are not permitted on any of the playing fields or common ground area. Dogs are only permitted on the walkways.
Please do not bring your dogs on to the grass areas of the park or soccer fields.

3-Parking, Parking is not permitted on walkways at any time. Especially around F1, where we continue to have vehicles parked on the paths. We understand there are parking issues, but we can not block the walk way where people walk, ride bikes, jog, etc....NO PARKING on paths/walkways.
